The Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, inventory movements, order picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role ensures customer orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time while following company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming materials.

Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Perform inventory transactions using WMS and RF scanners.

Move materials safely throughout the warehouse using forklifts and material handling equipment. (Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping.

Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Communicate inventory, shipping, and receiving issues to appropriate departments.

Support warehouse and operational goals through teamwork and communication.

Meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing.

Complete required warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately

Report discrepancies, delays, equipment issues, and safety concerns promptly.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.

Basic computer skills; Ability to operate forklifts or obtain certification.

Ability to work overtime as needed.
