Move & Pack Lead/Driver - Clutter
Join our Clutter team as a Move & Pack Lead/Driver. In this role you will lead moving teams and manage warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high‑quality storage experience for our customers.

Location : Ops Lead Drivers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot at 8901 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, MD.

Hours : Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Schedule : 7 days a week, with weekend availability required. Full‑time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.

Shift length : 8‑hour shift.

Lead and drive a team of 2-3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring the safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service.

Manage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.

Experience & Licensing : At least 21 years of age, a valid standard driver’s license, and ability to pass a required physical exam.

Drive Experience : At least 2 years driving a straight truck in a city environment.

Technical Skills : Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.

Physical Capability : Strong stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active throughout an 8‑hour shift.

Background : Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor, or customer service environments.

Base Pay : $25.50 per hour (plus digital and cash tips and bonus potential based on customer reviews).

Overtime : 1.5× hourly pay when applicable.
