Must-Have: Critical care skills, including intubation, airway management, and arterial line insertion.

Description: Must possess critical care skills, including intubation, airway management, and arterial line insertion. Weekend coverage required every other weekend. Floating is required within the hospital/scope of practice. If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. For this role, candidates should have experience with various respiratory therapies and skills, including high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, tracheostomy care, and the interpretation of arterial blood gases. Experience with critical care environments is essential.
