Join a well-established community health group seeking a full-time Pediatrician. Enjoy a flexible schedule with minimal call (phone call from home once per quarter). Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical standards, collaborating on clinical policies, quality improvement, and patient care initiatives, supporting staff oversight, patient education, and workflow improvements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, QA|QI standards, and regulatory requirements, utilizing EHR systems (NextGen) and participating in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

Qualifications include an MD|DO from an accredited program, an active California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, community health experience, and leadership interest preferred.
