Full-Time | 48-55k Salary + Performance Bonuses

We manage more than 100 vacation homes along the Oregon Coast, and our reputation depends on delivering consistently clean, well-cared-for homes to our guests.

Our teams are divided into North and South teams, and we have an opening coming available soon for a Head Housekeeper / Team Managers to lead one.

Each manager will directly supervise a team of approximately 7–10 Property Manager Housekeepers and be responsible for the quality, productivity, development, and day-to-day performance of that team.

This is a management job in a housekeeping operation-not a housekeeping job with some management duties.

If your instinct when the team gets behind is to grab a vacuum and disappear into a house for three hours, you're probably going to miss the bigger job.

On a busy turnover day, you'll have multiple employees working across multiple vacation homes at the same time.

Sometimes you'll need to roll up your sleeves, demonstrate a technique, train alongside an employee, or help protect a guest arrival.

But your first responsibility is maintaining visibility over the entire operation .

A successful day isn't one where you personally saved three houses.

You’ll take the team and daily plan you’ve been given and manage its successful execution-monitor progress, maintain quality, solve problems, coach employees, create urgency when necessary, and keep the operation moving.

We don’t believe good management means walking behind employees and quietly fixing everything they missed.

We already have established training, quality-control procedures, documentation, and performance systems. You won’t be walking into an operation where you need to invent everything from scratch.

You'll Have Data-Use It.

We produce two-day performance report cards that help our managers understand how their teams are performing and where attention is needed.

The report isn’t the management.

Is it training? Time management? Quality rework? That’s management.

This Is a Coaching Job

One of the best managers we’ve had came from a sports-coaching background .

A good coach doesn’t jump onto the field and play everyone’s position for them.

Track performance. We want your team to become better because you manage them.

You Need an Eye for Quality

You don’t necessarily need 10 years with "Housekeeping Manager" printed on your résumé.

The furniture that’s out of place. Housekeeping or professional cleaning

Property management

Property care or facilities

Building trades or construction

Restaurant or retail operations

Coaching or other performance-based leadership environments

Quality issues become coaching opportunities instead of recurring problems.

You use performance information to focus your management efforts where they’ll make the biggest difference.

You maintain urgency without sacrificing quality.

Believe accountability and support can exist at the same time

Can recognize the difference between an employee who needs training and one who isn’t meeting expectations

Care about quality and productivity

Are comfortable documenting performance

Take pride in building a team that can succeed without constant supervision

This is a full-time management position .

Our two Head Housekeeper / Team Managers will provide coverage across the North and South sides of our operation.

Managers are expected to work one weekend day each week so that we maintain management coverage seven days a week.

Your regular days off will be established around the needs of the operation and coordinated with the management team.

Vacation rentals are busiest when people are vacationing, so weekends, summers, holidays, and high-turnover periods matter around here.

48-55k Salary + performance-based bonuses

You’ll report directly to our General Manager and work within an established management structure with HR support for employee-relations and formal performance matters.
