About the Position

A well-established, multi-specialty dental organization is seeking a General Dentist for its Vineland, New Jersey location.

This is a full-time opportunity open to dentists of all experience levels, including new graduates and experienced providers seeking a supportive and technologically advanced practice environment.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School

Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing

Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and restorative procedures

Critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat oral health conditions

Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services with clinically sound treatment planning

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dental board standards

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Address clinical issues promptly and professionally

Maintain a strong commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• $100.00 per hour
• Guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections — whichever is higher
