Night-Time Crew Member

Crew Member
Position Summary: As a Crew Member at Bubble Bath Car Wash, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting and informing them about our wash packages, monthly memberships, and promotions. Your duties will include assisting customers at pay terminals and in the vacuum lot, safely guiding vehicles into the car wash tunnel, and maintaining the sites during operating hours.
Job Responsibilities:

Greet and inform customers about wash packages, monthly memberships, and promotions.
Assist customers at pay terminals and in the vacuum lot.
Safely guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel.
Apply pre-wash soap to vehicles before entering the wash process.
Perform daily property maintenance duties, including lightly detailing vacuums/hoses, picking up trash, and emptying scrub buckets.
Participate in weekly maintenance nights for the upkeep of equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Complete daily opening/closing duties.
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $16/hr.

Requirements:

Lift 30lbs.
Demonstrate clear communication.
Work on your feet for extended periods.
Withstand all seasonal weather.
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Work with fellow crew members in a positive and professional manner.
Follow and adhere to specific safety protocols.
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and teammates.
Keep a clean appearance and workspace.
Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
