Civil Engineer – Land Development Site Design (0–2 Years Experience)
A growing civil engineering consulting firm in New Jersey is seeking a Civil Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join its Land Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting for commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with land development and site design projects from concept through construction.
Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and stormwater management designs.
Perform engineering calculations and assist with permit applications.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting.
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of land development or site design experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- EIT certification or ability to obtain preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
