Mercy is looking to add part-time experienced RN's to the team! The shift for these roles is primarily nights; some mid-shifts may be available as well.

Safe, supportive nurse-to-patient ratios:
Labor & Birth: 1:2
High-Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)
Structured support for experienced nurses:
Strong unit-based leadership
Collaborative care with expert physicians
? Shift: Full-Time/Part-time/PRN
FTE: Flexible options available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (eligible roles)
✅ Experience: 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Active RN license (state or compact)
Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate Training provided for Labor RNs
~ Preferred: RNC-OB, C-EFM (encouraged, not required)

? Starting Day One (For those working at least 16 hours per week):
