Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create customized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional goals.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTRs, physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide training and guidance to patients and their families for continued progress at home.

Monitor and Document Progress: Track patients' improvements and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

New grads encouraged to apply

Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred

Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse patient needs in fast-paced environments
