Production Machinist (Manufacturing)

CNC Lathe Machinist
Quality. Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts? We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with advanced equipment, interpret detailed blueprints, and play a critical part in delivering quality products on time.
As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet production and quality requirements.
Operate mills and other fabrication equipment as needed.
Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Verify finished parts for dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Support production schedules, including quick-turn manufacturing demands.
Partner with teammates and leadership to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
Working knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
Experience performing precision measurements and quality inspections.
Experience operating mills in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience operating Doosan and Puma CNC machines.
Fabrication and assembly experience.
Proven attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to perform effectively in both steady-state and high-volume production environments.
