This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing human services organization in Andover, Massachusetts. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, creative and who can make a positive impact in finding talented candidates to provide quality services in our programs and embrace our WOW! Recruitment & Sourcing – Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines.

Candidate Experience & Culture – Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI's mission, values, and WOW! Systems & Reporting – Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting efforts for weekly management and HR metrics reports.

Employer Branding & Engagement – Write and manage job postings, collaborate with team and Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent.

Human Services field is a plus.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
