Associate Attorney (Full-Time Remote position)

An established law firm is seeking experienced Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience and a strong interest in civil defense work.

Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation matters throughout Oklahoma.

Conduct court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.

Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.

Conduct client and witness interviews.

Assist with case strategy, legal research, and trial preparation.

Handle matters filed in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as Oklahoma state courts.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Manage multiple active cases and litigation deadlines.

Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines.

Experience with civil defense, insurance defense, employment claims, civil rights, or constitutional law is a plus.
