This is a 100% on-site position in Irvine, California , offering a professional office environment, direct collaboration with your team, and the ability to move cases quickly and efficiently.

This role requires an active California Bar license and at least 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience . Candidates without direct PI settlement experience will not be considered.

Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement

Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and adjusters

Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing partiesLead and collaborate with assigned case staff to move cases efficiently

Maintain accurate, organized case files within case management systems

2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience with settlement responsibility

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
