Wealth Strategist/Trust Counsel opportunity in New York with premier wealth management firm to advise HNW/UHNW clients on estate planning and wealth transfer.
Advise clients on estate and wealth transfer strategies in collaboration with relationship teams and external advisors
Serve as expert on estate, gift, and income tax law changes and their impact on client plans
Represent the firm through thought leadership and community involvement in professional groups
Review trust documents and engage with outside counsel on trust accountings, terminations, and estate matters
JD required with 10+ years' trust administration and wealth planning experience in law firm or professional environment
