Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down (Nights)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care within the assigned Step Down unit scope of practice
Follow hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care and practice
Provide care to a diverse patient population within a 36-bed private treatment room unit
Float to other units as required to support staffing needs
Participate in ongoing staff development and education programs including BLS and ACLS
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Step Down (IMC/PCU/Stepdown) experience
Strong cardiac experience and clinical proficiency
Willingness to float to other units as needed
Active ACLS certification
Active BLS certification
Active Michigan RN state license
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity Step Down or PCU environment
