About the Role: As an Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative and functional architectural projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop schematic designs and detailed architectural drawings that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards. Your expertise will guide the design development process, ensuring that all elements align with project goals, budget, and timelines. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive construction documents and supporting construction administration activities to ensure successful project execution. Ultimately, your contributions will help create inspiring spaces that enhance the built environment and meet client expectations across diverse project types.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in Revit software.

Strong understanding of construction administration processes and building codes applicable in the United States.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in architectural design, including schematic design and construction documentation.

Experience with interior design integration and detailing.

Previous experience working on large-scale or complex architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
