Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - 3x12 Hour Shift

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
3x12 Hour Shift (06:45 AM - 07:15 PM) with holiday rotation and every other weekend requirement.
Job Description
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) performs respiratory therapy in accordance with established policies and procedures. The RRT will deliver high-quality patient care within the scope of practice and ensure compliance with the clinical standards of the facility.
Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
Conduct assessments, perform therapy treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient treatment plans.
Float between various units, including critical care and labor and delivery as needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience as an RRT.
Currently possess a South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license.
National certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT).
No local candidates will be accepted for this position.
