Material HandlerGeneral Purpose: At our Morganton, NC warehouse location, the Material Handler plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the facility.Receive, store, and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods according to established procedures.Pull, deliver, and track parts and materials to production areas in a timely and accurate manner to support manufacturing schedules.Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts safely and in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and documentation processes.Perform material transactions in the system to ensure accurate inventory control and traceability.Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material audits as needed.Cross-train in other warehouse or production support functions to provide operational flexibility.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1) High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), (2) work experience which demonstrates performance competencyPrior material handling or warehouse experience preferred.Licenses and Certifications:Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production and logistics teams.Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking preferred.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.We're committed to equal opportunity employment, including veterans and people with disabilities.
