This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety in their workday, appreciate meeting new teams, and like the opportunity to experience different skilled nursing communities without being assigned to just one building.

As a Physical Therapist Floater, you'll travel between our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities. Travel time between facilities is paid while you're on the clock, allowing you to get to know each building, collaborate with different interdisciplinary teams, and build lasting relationships with staff and patients across multiple communities.

Our therapists provide rehabilitation services in: Skilled Nursing Facilities Memory Care Communities Assisted Living Independent Living Outpatient Clinic Outpatient and Home Care Services At CPT, we believe our clinicians are the foundation of our success. Qualifications Current Illinois Physical Therapist license. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
