Essential duties and responsibilities include developing and maintaining new business relationships, establishing a productive referral network, conducting research on businesses, collaborating with the credit department, negotiating loan structure, handling ongoing portfolio of commercial loans, preparing and organizing required reports, cross selling products and services, promoting the bank's presence through participation in civic and charitable events, demonstrating compliance with banking business laws and regulations, and being proficient with mobile smart phones and desktop applications.

An associate's, bachelor's or master's degree in banking and finance, economics, or related degree field such as business finance. Must have five to ten years of experience in small to middle-market lending as a loan officer. Must have a strong understanding of credit analysis, structuring, and relationship management. Looking for formal bank credit training.
