Culinary Instructor / Teaching Chef

CocuSocial, one of North America's largest culinary experience providers, is seeking experienced Chef Instructors to lead fun, hands-on cooking classes in Sacramento.
Our classes are hosted at unique partner venues including hotels, breweries, cafés, and event spaces. We create memorable culinary experiences for guests of all skill levels, and we're looking for talented chefs who are passionate about sharing their knowledge in an engaging, interactive environment.
Flexible scheduling — teach as often as you'd like, from a few classes per month to multiple classes per week
Creative freedom — teach cuisines and recipes you're passionate about
Established platform — we handle marketing, ticket sales, customer service, and venue partnerships
Supportive team — receive guidance on class development, operations, and best practices
Passionate about food and excited to share culinary skills with others
Professional culinary background
Prior experience teaching cooking classes, culinary education, demonstrations, team training, or other instructional environments preferred
We're currently seeking instructors comfortable teaching one or more of the following:

Sushi Making
Pad Thai
French Pastry & Choux
Wine Tasting
Additional cuisines and specialties are welcome.
Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the event
