Full Time LMFT - Remote position

In Touch Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. This full-time role allows you to practice from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. With an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, this position offers both competitive compensation and the satisfaction of improving mental health access.

Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.

Perform in-depth assessments to identify clients’ relational dynamics and mental health concerns, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans with measurable objectives.

Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and families, ensuring safety and emotional stability during difficult times.

Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Collaborate with fellow therapists and mental health professionals in a virtual setting to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

Engage in continuous professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at In Touch Psychotherapy Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. Current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona or the state where you practice.

A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely associated discipline.

A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically within marriage and family therapy, is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective remote interactions with clients.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while adhering to flexible schedules to satisfy client demands.

Experience providing remote therapy services is highly desirable but not mandatory.
