RN-NICU- NICU- Full-Time- Nights

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by floating between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns across Women & Infants services.
Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred; Postpartum and NICU experience advantageous.

Responsibilities Include Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with professional development.
Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
Qualifications RN license required.
Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred.
