Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Provide advanced nursing care with a focus on cardiac patients experiencing heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and arrhythmias.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data for accurate patient assessment and response actions.

Manage pre and post cardiac catheterization patients, ensuring complete care throughout procedures.

Operate and maintain complex equipment like BiPAP/CPAP machines, ensuring proper respiratory support.

Participate actively in Rapid Response and Code Teams to address urgent clinical situations effectively.

Minimum 2 years of cardiac PCU experience with proficiency in a 1:5 nurse-patient ratio environment.

Proficient in EPIC electronic medical records and related workflows.
