Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Lifekind Health is looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Deliver evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services to patients receiving care in a transdisciplinary pain management setting. This role collaborates closely with medical providers, physical reconditioning staff, and care coordination teams to support functional restoration, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life for patients with complex chronic pain conditions. Deliver a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, and behavioral health intakes, depending on clinic needs and scheduling.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field requiredActive, unrestricted state license (e.g., PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)Experience providing psychotherapy to adult patientsExperience working with chronic pain, injury recovery, or complex medical populations preferredExperience conducting psychological evaluations for interventional pain procedures or surgical clearanceTraining in CBT, ACT, or other evidence-based pain-focused interventions preferredPrior experience in integrated or interdisciplinary healthcare settings preferredStrong clinical documentation and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-based clinical environmentBilingual Spanish preferred but not requiredAt Lifekind, we believe our employees deserve the best.
