Service Greaser

The Lube Technician is expected to protect the legal, financial and moral well‑being of the dealership; perform lube, oil, filter and multipoint service for customer vehicles; and continually seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.

Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control:

Perform all lube, oil, filter and multi‑point inspection processes.

Achieve customer service satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent (recommended but not required).

One year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.

Valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.

Local state inspection license preferred.

Exposed to weather conditions, noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals and adhesives.

Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.

Customer Service - understanding of role in providing excellent service through defined processes.

Planning/Organizing - prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently.

Quality - accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality.

Safety and Security - observe procedures, use equipment and materials properly.

Medical, parts and service paid time off; continued training through the manufacturer; training and advancement from within.
