Kuppa Joy Baristas are the heart of our cafés. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality beverages.
Customer Experience & Hospitality

Deliver attentive, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service
Coffee & Beverage Excellence
Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
Demonstrate willingness to learn about coffee, brewing methods, and product knowledge
Operations & Teamwork
Operate POS/register systems accurately and responsibly
Follow all cash handling and register procedures
Support team members during peak periods to ensure smooth café operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, café areas, and equipment
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
Strong customer service and communication skills
Availability on Saturdays, weekends, and holidays as required
California Food Handler Certification (must obtain upon hire)
Participation in a video interview as part of the hiring process
Closed on Sundays
