Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis and provide coverage at our clinics in Fresno, Tulare and Kings Counties. The clinics' hours vary and are generally open Monday through Saturday between 8 and 10 hours each day. You'll have the independence to connect with patients in a concierge-style setting, where the focus is on building real relationships -- not meeting quotas.

Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care.

Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.

Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 6 to 12 patients daily).

Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
