So what does a member of our Crew get to do?

Crew Members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each Crew Member can warmly greet guests with a genuine smile.

Essential duties for a Crew Member may include:

Welcoming our Guests in and thanking them for Choosing McDonald's

Preparing and serving our World Class food

Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant

Accepting payment from Guests and making correct change

Explaining our menu and answering questions for all Guests

Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age

Positive and friendly attitude

Reliable and dependable
