Senior Estimator
LLC ("Chapel"), an EMCOR Company, is a leading electrical services company providing preconstruction, construction, and energy solutions in a variety of markets, including automotive, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and mission critical.
Chapel is currently hiring an experienced electrical Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for estimating contract work, interpreting construction documents, and predicting project costs. This position works closely with Owners, Construction and Project Managers.
Analyze, review and interpret engineering contracts, plans and specifications to develop detailed, comprehensive construction estimates for both small and large projects.
Accurately define project requirements.
Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist in determining project resource requirements in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Provide timely project turnover documentation from Estimating to Project Management.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
~Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must demonstrate ability to effectively organize multiple projects and resource planning skills.
Must demonstrate technical skills necessary for project engineering.
Must work with minimal supervision.
