Production Machinist (Temp, 2nd Shift)

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is currently hiring a Machine Adjuster in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining envelop converting machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Shift: 2nd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Set up, adjust, and operate envelope converting equipment
Monitor machine performance for quality, speed, and output standards
Identify and correct mechanical or quality issues
Maintain proper use of ink, gum, glue, and related materials
Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
Communicate issues and shift updates to supervisors and team members
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 12 months mechanical experience required
Envelope manufacturing experience preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Must communicate effectively in English
Perform detailed visual inspections and color recognition
Work in a loud manufacturing environment (hearing protection provided)
