Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Shakopee, MN. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for field and office positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines through job postings, networking, and outreach, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintaining accurate applicant records. The Recruiter will schedule interviews, facilitate communication with candidates, support onboarding activities, and help promote the company's employer brand. This role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and continuously improving recruitment processes.

Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and engaging candidates.

Basic HR knowledge, including understanding of employment practices, compliance, and onboarding procedures.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and standard office software tools.

Experience in construction or trades recruiting is beneficial but not required.

Ability to work on-site in Shakopee, MN and build relationships with field and office teams.
