Geriatrics/FM/IM Locum Needed

Either 1 FT Locums or 2 Locums Collectively Working FTE

MAX BILL RATE: $225/hourly

MUST HAVE MA LICENSURE

FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS (WAIVERS NOT ACCEPTED)

COVID VACCINATION INITIAL SERIES REQUIRED (WAIVERS NOT ACCEPTED)

**Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration required**

Geriatrics Physician for a locum assignment providing care across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Cambridge Everett and Revere Massachusetts.

Facilities include:

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center 8 Dana Street Cambridge

Sancta Maria Nursing Facility 799 Concord Avenue Cambridge

Lighthouse Nursing Care Center 204 Proctor Avenue Revere

Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Everett 289 Elm Street Everett Plunkett floor

Start Date: 6/29/26

Assignment Length: Three to six months

Patient Population:

Short term rehabilitation and long term care patients

Everett location is long term care only

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

No call required

Patient Volume: Six to eight patients per day including new admissions and follow up visits

Care Model:

On site Nurse Practitioner support at each facility

NPs manage nursing calls orders and medication refills

NPs complete initial admission visit within seventy two hours

Physician completes new admission visit typically within seven days

Long term care patients require physician visits every sixty to ninety days unless acute needs arise

EMR: Epic and PointClickCare. Epic training and coding training required
