Customer Engagement: Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.Sales Excellence: Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth.Professional Interaction: Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.Customer Familiarity: Get to know our customers and understand their needs.Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed.Sales Tracking: Track lost sales and promote company specials.Collaboration: Assist colleagues when needed and foster new sales opportunities.Order Fulfillment: Fulfill customer orders from various sectors, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships.Maintain and promote workplace safetySecuring and transferring cash or other assets.

The Auto Parts Counter Professional reports directly to Store Manager and will be responsible for inside sales activity within store. To succeed as an Auto Parts Counter Professional, you must be able to build and maintain productive, long lasting relationships with existing customers and close sales to achieve goals.
