Position: Full-Time, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Schedule: Monday-Friday, school year with additional summer pay available!

The mission of SSAC is to be a warm, welcoming place where children with autism receive high quality ABA services, and where their families join a community of support, knowledge, and care. We achieve that mission through naturalistic ABA interventions throughout our South Shore community. SSAC is a contracted Early Intervention provider, and a large portion of our home services include working with children under the age of 3 through this program. In addition to our Early Intervention services, we offer in-home services for preschool and school aged children, as well as parent training to all our families. The SSAC team is a group of talented professionals who are committed to creating the highest quality learning environment for our clients and families.
An SSAC Behavior Analyst demonstrates strong clinical skills, commitment to supervising a team of behavior therapists, and excellent communication with parents, supervisors, and supervisees. Demonstrates leadership providing insight and contributions to ensure the companys mission and values infuse the daily operations and ongoing success of the Program.
Client-specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, gather and maintain session schedule, caseload supervision/management
Monitor data
Serve as the main point of contact for each family; Collaborate with other providers/professionals, provide individual parent training, and group parent training
Provide leadership, train new Behavior Therapists, provide mentorship to other BCBAs in program
Contribute to site-specific and company-wide projects and tasks as directed
Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required
BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
One (1) plus years of BCBA experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs also are eligible to join our team as part of our BCBA Pathway program
At least three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
At least three (3) years experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program)
Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor
Physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds; Travel to clients homes on the South Shore

This company utilizes Safety Care procedures. All staff are required to complete and pass company provided training
