As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on, person-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care while leading and supporting your team.
Deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Guide caregivers and med techs during your shift
