An established anesthesia team of physicians and CRNAs is seeking another BE/BC CRNA to join their growing team.

Practice for this reputable, not-for-profit hospital and live in a scenic southern Oregon mountain town - an ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts! This organization is open to either W-2 employment or 1099 contract options, depending on what works best for you.

Independent practice model with available MD backup call as needed at main hospital OR and ASC

• 360,000 Base Salary for W-2 model, $400,000+ Compensation + additional shift and call pay for 1099
• $30,000-$50,000 Sign-on Bonus/Retention Bonus and additional Relocation Assistance
