Job Summary The Janitorial Agent is responsible for performing custodial duties and related cleaning assignments to ensure client buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary condition. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, proper cleaning techniques is essential for success in this role.
Janitorial Agent – Duties & Responsibilities

Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces
Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile and concrete floor areas
Clean windowsills and windows
Report minor maintenance repairs and any damages to the appropriate staff member
Maintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
Properly label, dilute, and use cleaning chemicals
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Janitorial Agent Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to operate and use cleaning tools/equipment
Good client/customer service skills
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their use
Knowledge of general housekeeping methods and practices
Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout shift
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment
Fast-paced airport facility environment
Indoor facility cleaning with occasional outdoor movement between work areas
