Once established in the career, Fast Track to Management opportunities for qualified professionals Responsibilities: • Seek and reach out to potential clients to learn about their financial circumstances and goals • Present an array of potential solutions using our competitive suite of products and services to help clients identify and achieve their financial goals • Hone your knowledge and professional skills by successfully completing the New York Life training curriculum • Create and implement business and marketing plans that will expand your client base • Offer high quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and other products for insurance and retirement, education, and business planning needs • Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients identified during the prospecting process • Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings, including high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more Qualifications: • Uncompromising integrity and responsibility required • Experience in sales and implementing growth strategies a plus • Must be able to engage your community and tap personal networks to identify contacts • Savvy business sense required • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively share complex ideas • A growth mindset and sales experience are strongly preferred • Solid business expertise and knowledge are a must • Backgrounds in people-oriented careers are a plus! • Backgrounds in teaching and coaching are a plus as well!
