Head of Product and Technical Architecture

AI platform building autonomous assistant teams for accounting firms
Accountants are drowning in compliance demands and manual data entry, tethered to legacy systems instead of advisory work. This role bridges the gap between frontier AI capabilities and complex financial workflows, turning large language models into reliable, deployable co‑workers. You will define the technical architecture of the product experience, deciding how these AI assistants reason through ledgers and interface with existing firm software. It demands a builder who can translate dense financial logic into concrete engineering milestones.
What we're looking for:
5 to 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or applied AI
Comfortable working directly with OpenAI models and dictating technical integration points to engineering
Demonstrated ability to ship complex workflows in highly regulated industries like finance or accounting
Proven fluency in translating technical constraints into product scope and system-level design
Willingness to work on‑site in New York
Must be based in the United States.
