This is a part time, event related position.Position SummaryThis position works in the main kitchen and in concessions preparing food items for the facility.Position ResponsibilitiesFulfill the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)Maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenanceDesign buffet food presentations with creativityPrepare recipes as directedMaintain a clean and safe working environmentOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
