Urgently Hiring Servers/Food Runners

Support servers and serve as liaison between the kitchen, servers and Guests. Ensure hot food is delivered hot and cold food cold to the appropriate server and/or Guests. Provide garnish, presentation and preparation assistance in the kitchen.

Deliver food from kitchen to appropriate server and assist server with delivery of food to Guests

Work with Expeditor to ensure efficient delivery of food based on restaurant layout

Perform food preparation duties when needed

Check food for quality and presentation before serving. All food should be presented according to Menu Builds.

Ensure food is transported and handled in a sanitary manner

Deliver to-go orders to Host/Hostess Stand for Guest pick up

Assist in bussing and cleaning responsibilities

Ensure all condiments and napkin dispensers are clean and well stocked

Respond appropriately to Guest requests, comments and complaints and bring any issues to the attention of a manager

Complete beginning, change and end of shift side duties

Guest Service : Must consistently be able to assess, anticipate and meet Guests' needs and respond quickly without losing focus or projecting a mood that detracts from the Guests' overall dining experience.

They must understand instructions, read written company memorandums and communicate when he or she needs more direction or training.

Teamwork : Working together as a team is a critical success factor of any restaurant. Performing General Physical Activities : Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including cleaning, climbing, lifting, walking, balancing and handling of materials. Problem Solving and Conflict Management : Must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgement, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure.

Analytical Skills : General accounting and mathematical skills required along with point of sale application knowledge. Quality Control and Priority Assessment : Must evaluate current practices and processes; immediately recognize potential areas of conflict; and initiate ways to improve current business methods, quality of products and services provided to the Guests.

Language Skills : Must be able to speak and write effectively in English.

Occasionally works overtime and assists with the workload of others if needed. Complimentary Shift Meal
