Talent Recruiting Sourcer

This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who excels at building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and implementing creative sourcing techniques to meet our recruitment needs.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
