Prepare and cook hot and cold food items for patient tray lines, hospital cafeterias, and catering events

Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety regulations

Monitor, record, and maintain food and equipment temperature logs

Store, label, and rotate food products using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices

Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, and slicers

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends

High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1 to 2 years of quantity food production experience required; healthcare or institutional food service experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred
