Weekend Porter/Grounds Keeper
$18 per hourWestdale
Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community centrally located in the heart of Clermont! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!
Requirements Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Valid FL DL to drive a golf cart on the property.
Responsibilities Walking the property grounds and common areas
Picking up trash and debris
Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
