Part Time Dental Assistant
Metro Dental Associates supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused part time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team in Morristown! We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care.

Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment.
Take digital X-rays, panoramic images, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos.
Prepare materials for dental procedures (e.g., Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed.
Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in the dental software.
Manage dental instruments and tools, passing them to the dentist as needed during procedures.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
