The Biotechnology Regulatory Fellowship is a six-month, immersive program that provides early-career professionals with an opportunity to explore the regulatory landscape for novel products of biotechnology. Explore evolving areas of biotechnology regulation and risk assessment;

Conduct horizon-scanning to identify biotechnology products that may pose future regulatory challenges;

Work in multidisciplinary teams to develop capstone projects with real-world impact;

Department of Agriculture (USDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA);

Present their work to the Biotechnology Regulatory Fellowship Advisory Committee, mentors, agency staff, and other stakeholders.

Fellows will also have access to educational activities, including Academies’ convenings, Congressional hearings, think tank events, and industry conferences.

Duration: 6 months, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
