We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in analyzing project specifications, building accurate cost estimates, and helping position our team to win the right work.

The right candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid industry experience, and proficiency in McCormick estimating software. You will work closely with our preconstruction and project teams to ensure alignment from estimate to execution.

Analyze project documents and specifications to define scope of work

Perform material and labor takeoffs with accuracy and efficiency

Build detailed estimates including labor, materials, and equipment

Review and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams

Prepare and submit complete, timely bid proposals

Stay current on market pricing, materials, and construction methods

Identify risks, gaps, and assumptions within each estimate

Support project handoff to ensure a smooth transition to operations

Proven experience as an electrical or construction estimator

Strong proficiency in McCormick estimating software (required)

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Solid understanding of electrical systems and construction methods

Clear communication and strong teamwork skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organization and time management

Confident in McCormick and able to lead estimating efforts

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year
