Position: Full-Time
The Licensed Optician delivers the brand value proposition and helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. The role creates exceptional value in the lives of customers by delivering legendary customer service and perfectly crafted high quality eyewear that exceeds expectations.

Welcome all customers and set expectations.

Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.

Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.

Proactively explore root cause of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded.

Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.

Knowledge of current store merchandise.

Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.

Previous customer service and retail experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
